We are located in Fuzhou and our export port in Fuzhou, Xiamen and Shenzhen.
The minimum order is 25 pieces of the same base color and graphic/text for polyester,full color and tube, 250 pieces for the same color and graphic/text for nylon,woven,eco-friendly lanyard.
We have more than 100 stock colors of flat polyester and tubular lanyard, so please email me which color do you want then we can give you suggestion to save dye fee.
If you want to order lanyards in pantone color, a dye fee of $ 20 per color will be added if quantity under 2000 pieces.

Every lanyard sits a lanyard attachment at the end. Often used for securing cards, name tags, IDs, badges, or keys, these attachments include hooks, clasps, and key rings. They are usually made of metal but can also be made of plastic.
Safety breakaways provide a secure attachment that releases when tugged. This feature provides a way to remove the lanyard without having to pull it over your head for convenience and safety purposes.
Lanyards are cut to a standard length of 36 inches when measured end-to-end before any finishing work is done. If you need a special length please contact us to discuss your requirements.

No, woven lanyards use an embroidered process and do not translate complex logos well. To include logos on lanyards, we recommend the imprinted polyester or dye sublimated style lanyards.
When we receive a custom order with your design, our designer will layout the design in an digital proof and forward the proof to you for review. This is to ensure that we have correctly captured and interpreted the design aspects of your order. Our turnaround time is within 2-3 hours per approval cycle and production will not begin until we have received final approval from you.You can revise the proof until you satisfy.
Vector images. They can be saved as .EPS, .AI or .PDF files. All fonts must be converted to “OUTLINES” and saved as an .ai or .eps file.
Vector files work best because they allow scaling to any size without losing detail. Raster graphics (JPEG, TIFF, GIF) are made from pixels. When resized, pixels are added or removed which result in a loss of detail. Low resolution images will give poor quality results and may delay your order.
Rasterized artwork will lose definition when enlarged. The higher the number of dots per inch (dpi) the better the quality of the raster image. You can decrease the resolution of an image but you can NOT increase resolution. For best results, supply artwork at 300 dpi at full size.
NOTE: Logos from websites do not print well and are not acceptable.
Files may be submitted in one of the following methods:

On very large orders or those with unusual details, we recommend that you work closely with us on the specific requirements. Sometimes this will result in the need for a pre-production sample. We will arrange mass production when you approve the physical sample to make sure everything is correct.
Lanyards are carefully bundled in polyester bags of 50 pieces. We can accommodate other quantities or special packing requests.
We can finish all stock polyester, tubular lanyards with printing in 3-4 business days or less.
Woven,nylon lanyards usually need 10-12 business days or less.
The pantone match lanyard will increase by 1 – 2 business days for dyeing material.
We always strive to meet our customers' needs. If you are up against a deadline, rush orders are possible although they may incur special handling charges.
Our efficient team and manufacturing methods usually mean that production begins immediately after artwork approval. However, if production of your order hasn’t yet begun we may be able to make changes without any cost. So please contact us as soon as possible if you need a change.
Customized products cannot be resold therefore cancellations may be subject to a charge to compensate for any costs incurred prior to cancellation, such as: dye fee, setup fees, printing plates, etc. Please be sure to contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible to reduce losses.
We usually use express by Fedex, air freight or sea freight to ship our goods.
We keep your mold of artwork on file for a period of 2 years.
We make every effort to ensure that all information on our web site is correct at the time of publication. Occasionally, however, a typographical error may occur. We try to portray our merchandise as accurately as possible.
If there is a quality issue of our orders, we will 100% refund or remake FOC and express to your address at our cost.
Since all of our lanyards are 100% custom, we need to send you a price quote before you can order along with a digital proof depicting what your lanyards will look like when produced. If you're happy with your quote and proof, you can then place your order and arrange payment by paypal then we will arrange mass production for you.
